Operations Preparation
Supporting the preparation of operations activities for the customer, including definition of operations concepts, baseline for the required teams preparation and system testing and much more.
- Interfacing with the satellite manufacturer to ensure compliance of the ground segment standards and interfaces
- Producing all operational data units in coordination with the satellite manufacturer and the customer, in particular, automated procedures, TM/TC database, and operational documentation, and their validation at each operations preparation milestones, including the System Validation Tests (SVTs),
- Preparing and executing operational validation campaigns and rehearsals to demonstrate the operational readiness before launch
- Conducting the satellite system testing activities on ground in coordination with the customer and the satellite manufacturer
- Preparing and executing the Launch and Early Orbit phase in collaboration with the launch provider, and supporting the customer to carry out the initial payload activation and calibration activities
- Preparing and executing a full satellite In-Orbit Testing, and supporting the customer to carry out its payload in-orbit testing
