Exostaff is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our expansion efforts in the space industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and establishing Exostaff as the preferred choice for advanced space mission services. The Business Development Manager will directly report to the CEO.
Monitor the landscape for opportunities
Build close relationships with key customers and contractors.
Create new opportunities by proposing solutions to potential clients for consideration of funding.
Prepare customised presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and video.
Draft winning proposals in response to RFI and RFP’s
Enter, track, and maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and opportunities in the company's CRM database.
Research competitors by identifying and evaluating characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintain research databases in the company's shared folder directory.
Contribute and support the management team on vertical specific go-to-market strategy, lead generation and content creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in a startup or demonstration of work in fast paced, dynamic environment
10 years of experience preferably working in the aerospace industry
Experience in working with Space Agencies
Extensive network of contacts within the Space industry
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Full proficiency in MS Office capabilities.
Experience in working with CRMs preferably with HubSpot .
Senior Role – Negotiable
Monday to Friday
Excellent Commission pay
